Feather & Tails

Hello everyone..here is some Tuesday foolery just for you-

A Cardinal, cautiously watches out for my cat here -the bottle to the right holds chicken feathers from a black I saved when my son raised chickens (yes, important I mention that)
My foo foo dog Shamira (Moo Moo) keeping me company while I was feeling blue..

Watching the cardinal from the window

We were all being sneaky..

Or rather cautious..

You say something?

Moving on..

Very cute and clever!!! I love your new header. You've got me racing outside after a rain to find things with raindrops on them!!! NOT easy, everyone!!! Hard to find, and when I do, my camera's Macro goes wonky! I think raindrops are too clear for it to focus on. I don't have a big camera with detachable lenses. Still, the fun is in trying!

Very fun photos of your friends. Is the cardinal a female or is it a variety that comes in tan? We have no cardinals here and I assumed the males were red. Lol at the headless parrot and the disappearing d.og

Ginny, you are hilarious. Honestly..I have no choice as we get tons of rain here so I suppose I get used to it..my macro is touchy and I don't have any fancy attachments-using a (sony cybershot) Thanks-it is fun. Hi Leenie, it is a female. She's been a bit worried too.thanks for visiting-

O.K. now I need that Cybershot, is it a point and shoot? What model is it? Do you get ALL these amazing shots with it? If it's very simple, I may buy it! I just read your comment on my blog, and I must admit that for some reason I always think of you as young, at least younger than me! One of my young followers. Isn't that funny, you apparently write so young yet so wise, but your young-at-heart attitude must come right through the websphere.

What a cute post, I loved it. The photos are funny with your captions.

Thanks for the new comment. Would you happen to know the Cybershot's model number, or maybe the zoom strength? So it's easier to find. I think there are several Cybershot models out there?

These are such lovely scenes, you have great company with all these cute friends.
The headless parrot shot is a winner but all photos are lovely, not to mention your new header photo.
Have a great day!

Thanks for the info on your camera, I can't wait to go looking for it as soon as the rains stop! Of course I'm thinking that the trick to your pictures is not as much the camera as your skill. I am 61, so you are still a young 'un to me! O.K., semi-young. To make the Yucca soap, you peel the root, put it in a food processor and chop it, dry it in the sun...I didn't read any further than that!
