Springtime is here
The air is balmy
Sitting here barefoot
&
It's cold inside
Still watching
Yellow blossoms
Falling through the trees
So I have no streams
To offer you
No not rivers
Or the deep blue sea-
The air is balmy
Sitting here barefoot
&
It's cold inside
Still watching
Yellow blossoms
Falling through the trees
So I have no streams
To offer you
No not rivers
Or the deep blue sea-
Just a mere reflection
In the gathering pools..

Lovely pictures and a lovely poem to go with them.
It's always a pleasure to stop over with you.
Your place is a spot of calm. I've been to The Islands twice. I love being reminded of my visits by stopping by. Usually I'm turned off by Unwanted Audio Onslaughts--the background offered while viewing a blog. But not here. Your floral photography is splendid.
amazing photography !
marvelous images especially the first Regina -- it has a magical feel -- I really like it.
I love the pink flower photo!
and your header photo is gorgeous!
Hi, that last photo of the flower tells a story...I love the way it's laying on some water.
Another beautiful post, with brilliant photos. Just love them. Thanks for stopping by. So sorry about the sore throat :(
Beautiful, artistic images again.
Your photos are so different, really creative compositions assorted with beautiful poetry.
Nice work.
Absolutely beautiful. Peaceful. Serene.
I love your poem, and the rather mysterious pictures. The first pool looks rather tiny, yet I get a glimpse of clouds in it. Something enormous in something so small. The photos evoke a kind of hypnotic state in me, where I could just stare, kind of like a gazing ball. I knew there was a lot of rice there, but did not know you didn't have much bread. This makes me think of the King's Hawaiian bread they sell here. That is what it is called. It is soft bread and has a wonderful very sweet flavor unlike anything else. Is that truly Hawaiian, or something we just made up here in the states and gave the name to?
Adorable reflection post. Your blog is soooo beautiful! Congrats! :)
