Leaves & Saddle Rd, Pt. 2

These two photos were taken in February & March of 2009 as in the previous post..
Same area..this year (no sepia) doesn't this guy blend in with his surroundings? We saw goats and lots of Turkey's on the side of the road looking for food.
Can you guess where I might of taken the flowers..and what that is on the second one in front?

"Blessed is the man...
who's delight is in the law of the Lord-
and on his law he meditates day and night.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither.
Whatever he does prospers".
Ps 1:1-3

What missing blog???? (lol) I LOVE your poem!! "Their song can't hold the morning long" ,wonderful, you need to keep inspiring us with this stuff!! That one line is so meaningful and deep on so many levels. As to the flowers, well I'm glad that coiled thingy does not look like a snake, maybe a hose of some kind? I've been trying to get pics of turkeys of the buzzard kind, perhaps I need to throw a raw steak in my driveway????

Those were really great pictures. The turkeys seem to be at peace and the surroundings really have the sense of tranquility. The scenery is really inspiring.

May Your Day Be Lovely,
