Summer's Here

It seemed
We'd all looked forward
To Spring
Yet Summer's here..

No creatures keeping count

But they know
Just where to go
Fall
Is only a trail ahead..
&
Winter's
Soon to call ~

they are simply beautiful. the first and the last are my favorites today. what is the first one? i love the plant and the photo. exotic things from accross the ocean, thanks for sharing. and yes summer is here also. heat and humidity blasting us. I think your temp stays about the same year round doesn't it?

We are travelling in a circle, and spring will be back.

But I see summer the whole year long. Am I travelling on a straight line by then?

That corn is going to be a wonderful addition to your table. And your photographs with all the water droplets speak of warm soft air. I guess the passing seasons happen even in a place where temp changes are subtle compared to the wide range we deal with here. Yes summer is here.

Beautiful photos, as usual!! My favorite being the last one. That green leaf with the beautiful blue shading and veining, and the water on it! I'm with Sandra - what is that strange looking first plant? I'm not even going to think about winter!! It gets dark at four thirty!! Maybe fall, I love it!!

Greetings Claudia! Thank you for this visit! Hello Nester- hope your doing well (glad you felt sorry enough and finally payed your dear friend a visit (lol, hugs) Sandra, that's actually corn..I took these babysitting my neighbors chickens..does look exotic though huh-thanks. Hey there Butternut-appreciate your visit! You must feel refreshed! Rainfields, ahh, now I gather you live in the land of continuous Summer! Well I imagine there must be an adventuresome grasshopper who strayed- an shivers, writing of tales from his distant home (grin)..Amin, good morning to you- I really am just waking up! So glad you enjoyed these! Have a good day!
Leenie thanks..(well I caught these tending my neigbors critters). I was able to harvest some green beans hiding behind the Zinna's. The first is corn and the last is a macro of Kale with beads of water on it Ginny. I'm suppose to do this again shortly and it's kind of nice seeing is I didn't get a garden in as I'd hoped to! Their blue and white chicken eggs made it a special bonus. Thanks to both of you!
