Yesterday's Fall

Thanks to Aileni at- Monochrome Weekly
This photo is of my great Aunt Bee on left (my Dad's Aunt)..taken in the early 1920's..it seem to fit in pretty good here.. What do you think?

The following is a commemorative I did in focal for the years 1979 & 1989

The top two were taken of my boys back in 1989-

The same with the kittens. My Aunt & Uncle who lived next door to me at the time found them on their back porch (In the fall)- So you can guess which ones were Autumn & Spook-(Pooky)

The last two here above are of me back in 1979 (look close..isn't it charming)..my two sisters behind with their children..little girl is my niece Sunny (previous post)-Weekend Reflections-

Next week- (Today's Fall- for 2009), if I can pull it off? Thanks & Cheers to everyone-

I love your family photos at halloween time...I especially like the image of your sons with the bright orange pumpkins. Great contrast of colors.

I must say... I loved the kids "cooking" and the cats. The first photo is very interesting. Such glamour!

That polka dot sofa looks fabulous in B&W. My favorite is the jack-o-lanterns photo - you did good job leaving the hot warm colors on it!

Something in common - we have been looking at the 1901 census and the 1911 to find our family.

Very cute! I really love the fashion in the olden days. I can still remember how ladies in those days when I was barely a toddler how they dressed up. The one I like best are those flowing baloon dresses that when the wind blew, just let your imagination fill in the blanks. lol and the Pencil Cut!

Okay so that is you and the family. The cats made me smile at the same time sad because I miss my beautiful and affectionate cats.

I love really old photographs, I kept all my Grandmother's old albums and have been going through preserving and documenting them.

Your family photographs are great, you all look like you are having a wonderful spooky time.
