For O.S.I. Prompt-Listening
(I couldn't get close enough..anywho, when you enlarge it, you'll see)
Morning silhouette
I could hear it too-
A Cardinal's hymn
High above a crooked limb
Squinting, entranced-
To the first
Sunny day this Spring
Sparrows and Java Finches
Zigzagged
Through fruit &
Forested tree
Noontime sun
Brown leaves
Tumbled like dice
Across my path..
Soft crumpled paper...
Black Wood Bee
Nearly grazed my cheek
So I stood there-
While honey bees circled
Lehua blossoms fell
Like confetti
Through a sky of blue
Dusted
In palest red -

Hi Regina Marie--
I LOVED this piece--literally could feel and smell it all!
lovely!
Beuatiful Regina- the photo and the words (and the little bee)....I wish I was right there looking at the flowers.
Your brown leaves tumbling like dice,' I can just see them. I never would have thought of dice.
Regina, you are hearing well and for sure the lovely landscape is helping that. Our senses work together and you have told about this benefit nicely here today.
Thank you,
..
Regina, thank you for the poem that is as lovely as the tree blossoms.
