With only a cup of coffee down, this is little of what we saw below -
These are mac nut (macadameian) fields My Grandparent's used to have a tree when they retired in Sierra Madre Ca. I can remember cracking them with a hammer in our back yard- very tasty! Of course there are a variety of ways to use them from cookies to mac nut crusted fish.

As I understand (Jack Thompson)- owner, has turned his home into a B & B..I guess you'd have quite a hike? Still, the up side would be working up a good appetite! Hmm..
